Regent's Park & Marylebone
In the northwest of London, this is home to the most inexplicably crowded museum in the world - Madame Tussaud's. People line up for hours to pay $40 to see wax dummies, instead of walking straight into the National Gallery, the British Museum, the V&A or countless other museums that are free and have real art and artifacts. I ducked in on morning on a free pass to just see the history of the museum section. Also in this area is the Sherlock Holmes Museum at (naturally) 221 Baker Street.
