Dr. Svetlana Lekht is our associate orthodontist and has been a welcomed addition to our Wilson Orthodontics team since 2010! She enjoys working along side Dr. Wilson and their energetic team members.

Dr. Lekht attended Rutgers University where she graduated with highest honors. She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in 2007, graduating at the top of her class. Afterwards, she completed a general practice residency in 2008 at Beth Israel Medical Center in Newark, New Jersey. Dr. Lekht earned her Certificate in Orthodontics at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in their 3-year program. It is there that she obtained her Masters of Dental Science Degree. During her time in residency, Dr. Lekht volunteered at numerous events/organizations, including Special Olympics and Give Kids a Smile.

Dr. Lekht had the privilege of learning from and working with Dr. Frank Bogdan, one of the leading Damon System braces lecturers/teachers in the world. It was this extensive Damon System training and her director of orthodontics recommendation as ‘one of the top residents to graduate from our program in the last 10 years’ that confirmed Dr. Lekht was the perfect fit for our orthodontic team.

We invite you to send your friends and family over for their complimentary orthodontic evaluation and the opportunity to meet the newest member of our team. As always, our entire Ortho Team strives to provide you with the highest in quality orthodontic care and service, and Dr. Lekht is no exception! We look forward to creating beautiful smiles together for our wonderful patients and we will see you in our office soon!
