Also... oEmbed support, a copyright/license blurb in the sidebar , hiding of email addresses from public commenters, and new topics only group email subscriptions, group:foobar send to group tag shortcuts, and photogroup discussion reply permalinks among many others we recently petitioned for personally.

i'm not running that beta, but i'm running chromium and hopefully they will support this too soon.

It was a suggestion, not a rule. In that those who subscribe may not be interested in lengthy discussions of one feature or another. But until we have per-thread subscriptions the idea for this thread is kinda invalid. ;-)
