I am not quite sure what has happened: the camera seems to have moved although the picture does not look blurred. Anyway, I think it is somewhat to bright. A darker sky would have focussed the eye more towards the girl. Maybe try a layer mask in soft mode and then paint in black in the sky area. It could also enhance the details there.
