Perigean Full Moon / Erdnaher Vollmond

It did not look as huge as I had hoped, mostly for it was already high up and not near the horizon. / Er sah nicht ganz so riesig aus wie angekuendigt, wohl weil er schon weit ueber dem Horizont war, als er mal raus schaute.

Not as easy to photograph the moon as you'd think.... hehe.... Like the way the clouds came out in this one =)

It was very cloudy here that evening and also rather windy. Karl went to bed before midnight, called me a few names in jest for waiting on for some glimpse.
Around 0.45 a.m, it got better with holes in the cloud blanket but the lighter area vanished already behind a solar collector when looking from my yard. I had to remove myself to get a free view of the spot where the moon was supposed to be located. I sat about 20 minutes on my freezing bum in the comunal childens playground before there where a few little almost-windows in the sky...
