Seen from the picnic area by the Inn. Note the stonefilled cavities. Maintainers do this to keep the river bend from taking more of the mountainside . / Vom Brotzeitplatz am Inn gesehen. Die Unterspuelungen sind mit geschichteten Flussteinen aufgefuellt. Die Menschen, die den Weg instandhalten, tun dies wohl, um die Flussbiegung davon abzuhalten noch mehr vom Berg abzutragen.

I noted the "Kufsteinlied" is after "mein Hut der hat drei Ecken" one of the more often heared songs in the beergardens of "Bavarian" themed touristic villages in northern america. ;o) None to surprising, as it got so much in common with them --LOL

Well, this is the "gruene Inn" that green river from that song. Of course, Kufstein is far downriver from Toesesens, where the Inn is much larger and more impressive.
