If you aren't Brad Pitt it's very likely you are as insecure about your own body as most of us. Perhaps it's time to get a break, to accept ourselves and enjoy our sensuality without more doubts... oh, well, of course in my case perhaps it's time to stop writing and go to the gym right now ;-)
