Who is Vint Cerf and more importantly: Why is he so skinny?

Vint Cerf co-invented (with Robert Kahn) the TCP/IP protocol back in the late 60s. It is safe to say, that the internet would not have had the same diffusion without the TCP/IP protocol. In other words, he is one of the fathers of the internet.

His skinnyness might be due to him exersising alot, and having a healthy diet? (:
