Sure, not much of a technique though. The D50 has a bracket function, so you take three images: 1 normally exposed, 1 underexposed, and 1 overexposed.

Then you need some software to combine the images, and I use PhotoMatix Pro, which is dedicated software. CS2 has a build-in thingy that will take care of the HDR for you, and I found some automator scripts which should work with CS as well.

They flake on my box though, giving me an applescript error. Maybe you will have more success with them?
