Yes, they are round alright. We are a little behind in our processing of them, but the weather has (unexpectedly) turned milder and we will finish up in the coming days. This is our first time raising chickens for meat; up until now, we've only raised egg layers. These are such mild tempered birds, they've been a real pleasure to raise, which makes it tough when butchering time comes. But, it's the most humane and healthiest way we can think of to put meat on our dinner table.

Ha! Well, maybe suspicious about the camera in my hands, but nothing more than that, I think. As soon as they saw me with the camera, they all gathered around to check it out; most likely thinking I was bringing them more treats.
