Thank you, BJW, for your kind words. Yes, my posts have been few the last little while. Usually seeding and harvest seasons take up most of my time around here, as I work for my neighbour during these times.

Now that the seeding is done, I now have to turn my focus on to our own yard and garden work that's been on hold.

Also, it takes a little longer to develop film, out here. It has to be sent off for processing, which can take anywhere up to three weeks to get the photos back. So, the photos I snapped during the winter and early spring just got done.

I sent some old film I found off to Kodak a while ago, in the pre-addressed envelope it came with originally.
I'm still waiting. GRRR!

Just stumbled across this article, about the closure of a Canadian photography store that was in most cities across the country, Blacks Photography. I used to frequent this store quite a bit; I think I bought all of my cameras from them (both film and digital), before they closed.

It was a shame to see them close up.
