Tak :-)

Jeg skal give rosen videre til kokken - det her er endda kun en (dårlig) scanning fra Boserups bog. Vores så mere interessant ud :-)

Hi, I just added the links to the picture description - unfortunately it's only in Danish. Tell me, if that's a problem :-)

My danish is not that great even with german being close. ;)

That's it! I'm dumping sundaypizza for this.

@tridymite: I will translate it later today - right now it's working hours :-)

@Mariaklinke: did you have any luck with it? (dumping the pizza and making soup instead?)

@tridymite:

Rougly translated and modified recipe for carrot/avocado soup:

finely chopped carrots (3 large)
a leech
chopped garlic (2 cloves)
olive oil
water or broth
avocado, ½ large per person (or one small)
yoghurt
tomato
herbs (we used parsley from the fridge)
salt and pepper

Sauté the carrots, leech and garlic cloves in the oil. They shouldn't turn brown. Pour in the fluids. Let it stir lightly for 5-10 minutes.

Depending on the softness of the avocado and your acquired taste, you can mash, beat or blend it into the soup.

Finally you mount the yoghurt in the soup (pour a bit on the top for taste and colour). Add salt and pepper. Herbs and chopped tomatoes on top.

Please enjoy (the recipe and my hopefully useful translation)!

Didn't try it yet. Pizza won. Again. On my must-do-soon list :-)

@Mariaklinke: Homemade pizza on a sunday is a winner :-) It's hard to compete with...

Hm, I need carrots and leech...
But could I get a piece of pizza too? ;)
