ich finds gut wie du immer buntes frisches Bbst und Gemüse dazupackst.

Muss sein, nur trockene Schnitte ohne Butter (sight) ist oede. Da hilft was feuchtes beim Kauen.
Du weisst ja, im Bento muessen/sollten alle Farben vorhanden sein. Ok mit dem Zustand klappts net immer, roh und gebacken in den letzten Tagen.

Jo, letztens waren die Avocado sehr hart. Aber du kannst Gedanken lesen, hab heute eine gekauft. :D
