The main giant tiger lantern at the Taipei Lantern Festival. The tiger's name is Hoki. To promote the Flora Expo, there are also flowers and things. The lantern can rotate, while the big flower on the back spins (and contains an electronic screen), the butterfly flaps, and probably some more things happen.
