should the connection of "still in beta" in connection to 23 be understood as a symbolic that 23 always will be in beta/motion? ;)

Absofuckinglutely. Every milimeter has at least three layers of symbolic meaning.

Notice the angle of Hoist vs Reboot for example - the meaning should be obvious.
