lol, i wanna' know too! This sign is just 50 yards up the street from me and looks like it never had a P. not even in the beginning, when all signs were created . . .

I think it's Harking, or Yarking, yeah that's it, people stand around outside yarking all the time . . . a really ticketable offense, I must say . . .

The sign looks a bit like it was put together from Letraset. Maybe someone ran out of the letter "Y"?

How do we know that any of the other words are correct? I think it reads: "Snow Barking Many Betime".
