3.5 lakh litres furnace oil sheds in fragile Sundarbans due to heavy fog: An oil tanker carrying around 3.5 lakhs litres of oil capsized on the Shele River in the Sundarbans on 9th December early morning threatening the world’s largest mangrove ecosystem which is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site Bangladesh.
