hehehehhee I bet it was good :)) I love the conbination with the potato pure.. I know how to make one reeeeally yummy.. my grandmother's recepie ;))
The recepie has potatos (real ones of course ;) ) , butter (real one too), whole milk, black peper, powdered marine salt, and lots of love :))
The result is a creamy, soft and delicious pure :D
Note: Once is ready you can add some little pieces of cheese (the best one for this is queso bolita de Oaxaca... but no way to get it in Europe.. you can substitute it with a fine and nice white chese ) so they will melt with the heat (don't do that in the pot, has to be once you serve it on the dish ;) )
i still don't have a hand blender so what we do is more like mashed potatoes, not a real puree :))
