They are not military, even ex-military, not standing like that.

But I guess they are mainly guarding their water bottles.

This used to be a very imposing structure indeed, with barbed wire
and bullet-riddled cars and trucks scattered about.

These are the only soldiers I know that offer to be shot for 2€. (Foto 2€ is on a sign on the map pouches they carry.)

At the Brandenburg Gate Darth Vader, Yoda and some Superheroes are usually around too.
