This is an experiment with the potrace program. I overdid it on purpose

First made a cutout of the fish, desaturated it, then did a filter => edge => difference of gaussian and then potraced it. Not exactly the way Iangelov suggested but the suggestions did get me on the road :)

Episode 027: Sketching

I wanted to make a sketch of my L001 but the result is not what i wanted to be(the line around the fish is not clear enough and the dots on the fish are not closed). I think the problem is caused by the starting image(bad colors, not enough contrast) can someone give me some clues to get my sketch better?
