This is the Vista Reliability Monitor. It basically records the way your system functions and keeps a log of anything that causes an error message or that makes your system shutdown or reboot unexpectedly. In Windows Vista, Properties has turned into Personalize and what used to be the properties dialog box is now this. What's nice about this little program is that it has a couple of nice features such as photo cropping, red eye fixing, color adjustments, exposure adjustments and a good bit more. Now you shouldn't need an external photo editing application unless your looking for a more expansive set of features.</p> <p style="margin-bottom: 0px;">Also notice that their are even more things to do with your images via the top menu bar. You can burn the image, email the image and make a movie with the image. The start menu has been completely redesigned and no longer requires a ton of sidebars to get to a specific program. All of the programs housed within the start menu show up within the main menu bar. The update screen includes more details as to all of the updates you have installed, update history and a FAQ for updates. There is also a a section that displays all of the installed updates on your system.
