When the ninja fails his mission, the henchman is ordered to assassinate the drug lord and put him into early retirement.<br /> <br /> When the police start to poke around the illegal activities, the hit is put in on the leading investigating officer. The son of the slain cop swears an oath of revenge and begins to track down and murder prominent members of the crime organization.<br /> <br /> With the law still after the evil crime boss as well, complications arise when the henchman and an Interpol agent realize they are old army buddies.
