to do
•download and click http://4rtist.com/autohotkey.exe (230kb)
grant permission "create and show the sample script"
• ADD the code capslock::@ or use only the line
• [ctrl] + [s] =save
• than click again the "Autohotkey.exe" to activate the remap function

•There are no registry changes

•removing? delete the 2 files

if you don't trust the open source AUTOhotkey.exe

• use the newest build with unicode support http://l.autohotkey.net/AutoHotkey_Lw.zip (400kb)
• use the AUTOhotkey.exe from http://autohotkey.com/download/AutoHotkey.zip (2mb)

►Download @ autohotkey.com/download → http://autohotkey.com/download/AutoHotkeyInstall.exe ← and install the program =[run]
►save capslock::@ in the editor as i.e. x.ahk
►drag n drop a shortcut from x.ahk to [START][All Programs][Startup]
click the file or shortcut or restart your pc

a top option
add the line rwin::send {#}{enter} to the x.ahk file.
Than you can shorten i.e. http://23hq.com/sex to http://23hq.com
by placing the cursor behind .com and hiting [rwin] = right windows key
