SCANNERS II: THE NEW ORDER (1991)

A corrupt police commander masterminds a plan to use scanners, a telepathic breed of human, to take over the city. The commander enlists the help of an evil scientist to conduct mind control experiments on the scanners with a new drug.

The side effects of the drug render the scanners useless, so the commander finds a scanner who is unaware of his powers to work with him. Will the commander succeed in establishing the 'New Order', or will the good scanner find out the real motive?

On break from school in England, Catherine travels to the Amazon for summer vacation where her parents own a rubber plantation. A jungle tribe kills and decapitates her parents and Catharine ends up getting kidnapped.

After integrating herself into the tribe by learning the language and customs, she figures out that her adopted tribe weren’t the ones that killed her parents after all, but someone even closer. She goes back for some bloody revenge, is arrested, and the film is a flashback of her trial.

Two brothers are on a quest to resurrect the ancient and deadly Sheeter, goddess of blood and lust. Aided by the brain and penis of their dead uncle, the cannibalistic brothers set up a popular health food diner to starts their plan.

The diner ends up attracting the many virgins and whores needed to be chopped up into ingredients for the blood buffet that will bring back the evil godess to life.

Originally planned as a sequel to Blood Feast, this film is filled with more laughs, gore and nudity than you can shake a severed penis at.
