Revisited my first attempt. This version was saved in the Animated PNG format. I used the firefox add-on APNG Edit v1.4 to create it from 2 jpg files.

Advantages: not limited to 256 colors
Disadvantages: final file created is kinda big.

Click on the image to view the original to get it to be animated.

Inspired by episode 44. I hadn't done one of these in a while. Good fun. My daughter acting out see/hear/speak no evil.
I used layer masks on 2 of the 3 images.
