CHIEF MINISTER LAYING FOUNDATION STONE OF RESORT IN HIMACHAL PRADESH

Projectwell is the development management consultant for a 7 acre International Class Holiday Resort at Dharamsala, Himachal Pradesh. With the first phase being operational, this project has seen the use of non-conventional construction technology, in an effort to complete the project in a record time of under 6 months. Shown in the picture is the chief minister of Himachal Pradesh, Mr. Dhumal, laying the foundation stone of the resort, promoted by Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association (HPCA).

ECO FRIENDLY, MODULAR HOUSES FOR INDIA

Projectwell has signed an MOU with Ecofriendly Building Solutions (EBS) of Belgium to develop and promote an India prototype of a Modular Housing Solution. Such houses will be eco-friendly in nature and expected to take 70% less time to erect than conventional construction methodology. Shown in the picture is one such house manufactured in a factory.

CATION PARK IN DEHRADUN

Spread across 50 acres, a new Education Park is being planned at Dehradun in North India. Projectwell has been responsible for conceptualising the same, based on extensive market surveys and then doing a financial model for the same. Negotiations are currently on with various potential partners to get the project up and running. Amongst others, the park will have learning institutions, student housing and family housing, besides all amenities required. Shown in the picture is the masterplan.

INTEGRATED TOWNSHIP IN NAGPUR

Projectwell was commissioned to conduct a feasibility study and then prepare a business plan along with a revenue model. The end result was the conceptualisation of a 200 acre integrated township in an upcoming region of Nagpur, Maharashtra. The project has a combination of detached houses, semi-detached houses and apartment blocks. The township also has amenities like schools, hospitals and shopping. Shown in the picture is a masterplan of the project.
