Antibody-oligonucleotide conjugates or AOC belong to a class of chimeric molecules that bind to two important families of biomolecules: monoclonal antibodies and oligonucleotides. Cross-linked oligonucleotides-antibodies can be achieved by lysine and N-terminal groups.
