Castelejo beach
It was high tide and lunch time when we visited, so there was not as much sand as normal and most people were leaving the beach. This beach is very popular with surfers.

Figueira beach
On top of the hill by the sea are the remains of a Moorish castle. You have to walk for about 20 minutes to reach this beach, so there was hardly anybody there when we visited it.
