Have wanted to do a shot with a lamp post ever since watching the first Narnia movie...

Fill-in flash would have created a better photo... However, this photo does look pleasant...

After going through the whole roll a couple of times, this photo stands out the most... I must have done something right, but I might not be able to replicate this kind of shot in the future...

Cocked the shutter by mistake and had to capture something. I didn't want to leave the camera cocked for too long, in fear of spoiling the mechanism. The rooftop was just sitting right crossing the (multi) carpark.

Liked the way the focus is drawn to the center by the presence of the shaded areas of the carpark in the foreground. However, there's not much distinction between the foreground, mid-ground and background... Need to work on my depth of field control.
