No.1 - Golden Sail Pu-erh Tea<br /> Actually this is Chinese tea, but repackaged and put into tea-bags for Japan. I like the slightly bitter almost coffee like taste.</p> <p>I put 2 tea bags into a small tea pot, then add the boiling water. Let it go cold. Then pour a little from the teapot into a cup and then add hot water.</p> <p style="margin-bottom: 0px;">Tastes best that way.
