LightningI have an appartment in a highrise building. That means that when lightning strikes, I an make these images from the comfort of my living room: 
A double strike in one take. these two strikes were about 5 seconds apart.
Oooh nice, a tree!
This one was quite close (and loud!) all strikes were within 2 seconds on this photo. Good thing I had the camera on a tripod, because the voilent light and noise caught me offguard...
Distant strikes, not spectacular
Nice strike behind the skyline, making the roof of the building in front of me look very focussed. Nice contrast and nice clouds.
This photo-story thing is very nice for writing vacation stories and alike. This was just a tryout, but I like it!
