There's a publisher interested in our project. We recently met him and decided to try a kind of "subsription / print on demand" model to realize the book. We thought it's not completely out of mind to find 500 subscribers to start.
ALL subscribers will be mentioned in the book with their name and city or website. Until now, the price is not clear. It will be around 20 euros for about 240 pages with the restmodern pix you know and many new ones. So if anyone is interested: Check out www.restmodern.de Write us an email (23-subcribe@restmodern.de). The first step is to collect the subsribers. When we reach the 500 (until july we hope), we start producing the book. When it goes to the printer and the "roll-out" is near, we send out the invoices. Of course every subscriber will be informed about the status of the project via email during the next months. So stay tuned! If you like the project and have any opportunity to spread the news to friends who might be interested via email or via weblogs - that would be very very helpful. |
