From the age of 4 until 17, I spent every summer in this beautiful little Town of Torre Faro. On this piazza, at 4 years old, I ran around this statue and play with my friends, and spent many a night and day staring out across the straits of Messina.

Torre Del Faro...i'l mio paese!

From age 3 to 17 I also spent every summer in this town! I too call it il mio paese! And on that statue is the name of my uncle who died in the navy. My family still goes there and stays in my Nonno's house, for the summer.
