Nopales con tunas!!!!! :D

Nelly, you can eat the sweet fruit and the leaf as well!! You both need to come to Mexico and try all the different tuna (fruit) flavors/colors :D There are green, yellow, orange, magenta, dark red..aaahhh and they are a delicious, fresh and juicy treat to calm the heat at noon during sping time :D

You're commmmiiiinnnggg????!!!!!!! This is the best news I had so far this year!!!! :D Ohh.. the second to invite..well nevertheless... YOU'VE GOT TO COME!!!! I am sure you will love it!!!! Fauna and flora here are amazing!!!!! :D Please let me know when and I'll do my best to take you around must of the places I know :) ..Sping is a very nice time of the year to come ((:

Oh yes, Nopales are great to control the bad cholesterol in blood :) it is a great source of fiber so helps to digest :) ..of course that in excess (this is no exeption) is bad, cause it may not permit to the calcium you eat to be fixed in your bones but still, this is by eating a large and daily amount. Once or twice a week won't harm :) (btw, here you can get it in pills or powder, ready to use :)
