I tend to disagree. borage tastes, well like borage, it is a herb, some say it tastes like cucumber and it is used in traditional German foods - it is more reminiscent of cucumber. The flowers are a lot better than the leaves, though, the leaves are used for pickling cucubers and cucumber salad, too. I learned to hate them in green sauce, a traditional German herb sauce, because the tiny hairs are scratchy.
