Go to the Services tab, tick Hide all Microsoft services, then click Disable all. Go to the Startup tab, click Open Task Manager. On the Startup tab in Task Manager, right-click on the every startup item with the Enabled status to select Disable. Back to the Startup tab in System Configuration, click OK.
