✎ This 15 story residential building was built in 1924 to the renaissance revival design of architects John Sloan and Adolph E. Nast. It was designated a New York City landmark in 1981. Though it has 15 floors, there are only 10 luxury apartments in the building -- some units take up more than one floor or a complete floor is used for one apt.
