photos.getFavorites not documented

Well, it turns out I've been using photos.getFavorites for some time now, and I just noticed it isn't on the 23 API list.

I assume this is an oversight. I hope it doesn't go away, because it's a handy way to get the "secret" for the photo_id you pass in.
