photosets.addPhoto does not recognize existing photos

If you invoke photosets.addPhoto for the same album and photo IDs, it will return an OK response instead of "3: Photo already in set"

Not a huge deal-breaker, but slightly unexpected.

Not a huge thing, you're right -- but never the less I've managed to roll out a fix for this one as well.
