	The people.getPublicGroups method is returning an empty list of groups, even when the user has joined groups:

	Here you are. (`eighteenplus` will always be `0` and along the lines of our implementation of other flickr methods, I've added an `id` attribute. The value of this attribute is identical to `nsid` but I'm not really a fan of the ns* prefix.)
