Tech stuff, API and programming

Using phpFlickr1.6, when I do an groups_getInfo() on one of my groups I get the following returned as URL:

["url"]=> string(67) "http://www.23hq.comhttp://www.23hq.com/photogroup/geotagged23Users/"

One "http://www.23hq.com" too much in the URL. Is this a problem on my side or on 23's?
