Different order in slideshow

It would be nice if one could choose a different order for the slideshow. Right now it is either random or newest to oldest. It would really be great if at least oldest to newest would be possible.

If you base the slideshow on an album this is easy to do. Just click the 'Sort the photos' and arrange the the photos in the order you'd like. Also you can choose to order the album by by words (A-Z)/(Z-A) and ofcourse date taken and date uploaded. :)

Ok, that helps with albums but when I want to see a slideshow of a tag, that doesn't work.

Yeah, we know -- albums (or possibly photogroups) are your only option if you want to control the exact order of photos.
For tags and all the other stuff on your 23 account, there a slightly more complicated (but also much cooler) option. It involves installing the Cooliris slideshow plugin in your browser, which is fully supported by 23. Using cooliris you'll be able to get a fullscreen slideshow for everything you see on 23 -- i.e. all my photos tagged 'roskilde' ordered by popularity could be browse in a fullscreen slideshow.
You can read more about the features on our blog.

And what about Opera users like me ? I can't find Coloris for Opera :(
Would be another (some javascript/ flash code) way to fullscreen slideshow ? I'll be glad with some "native, not plugged" fullscreen slideshow ability ;)

Opera actually (as oposed to other browsers on Mac at least) has a full-screen option built in. Switch to full screen through the Opera menu, and then click 23's View as slideshow option. (Obviously, you won't get the ordering as detailed about -- but it'll take up your entire screen)

I think they've changed the icon slightly -- but it still works. You should see a slideshow icon when you move the mouse over a photo:

Or, at least, a slideshow icon in the upper right corner of the firefox menu bar:

Must be a Cooliris thing then -- you should probably let them know ;-)
