Blog to Wordpress: Image caption as Posting title?

I love it to send Images to my WP blog using the email upload on 23 (wich is easysier to use than the WP one, IMHO) and it works verry well exept that the resulting postings get no title. Any idea how to implement that?

We've done a little rejigging of the code which means that you'll now see a short title for photos posted to your blog.
