There are quite a few iPhone apps which integrate with flickr (I'm using XK72 Mobile Fotos). Are there any plans for a 23 iPhone app?

The are no plans to distribute our own iPhone app, no, but depending on your needs existing or upcoming app might serve your purposes. Most interestingly I'll point out Pixelpipe (http://www.pixelpipe.com)
Pixelpipe is in the business of uploading media to places like 23. They already offer applications for Windows, Mac, and Linux along with plugin for programs like Picasa and iPhoto. They are still in closed beta, but I'm guessing that's a matter of days or weeks. Similarly for their iPhone upload application: http://twitter.com/guru/statuses/893256897.
