Is there a way to have multiple tags in 'filter_tag'? http://www.23hq.com/IkoTikashi/album/1825076?filter_tag=darkandlight,worldofwarcraft,stalker

Not at the moment, no. We're not really offering the option of combining tags anywhere.

Yupp, I think so too. This way you could define something like "sub-albums".
