Ideas & Suggestions for 23

Hi,

I just wanted to know if there was a preference by the admins between http://23hq.com and http://www.23hq.com addresses.

I checked that every pages work in both but there are often links (like login for example) which are not relative to "/" and which drives towards www.

If you have no preference, do you know if one of them is subject to disappear someday?

Or if you would answer no to both questions, maybe it would be cool to make only links without server into them so to let people where they already are, either in 23hq.com or www.23hq.com ?

I think I will keep using the "//23" because I like its small lengthed URL.

But maybe something should be done on links because if you go to http://23hq.com , you'll see that "login" links to "//www" when "register" links to "//23". As well as "start using 23 now" stays in "//23" but clicking any image in the nice 7×2 banner goes to "//www".

In the meantime, I manually type http://23hq.com/register/?return%5furl=http%3a%2f%2f23hq%2ecom%2f (removing the "www.") to login.

Also I would like to know wether we may say "23" or "23hq" when talking about this (great) website.

I know my questions could seem quite futile.

What do you mean you are "local" ?

I'm not sure to understand your question.
Why do you put "url" instead of "hq" ?

You are thinking of an alternative way to link picture, removing the "jesus2099/photos/" part and shrinking the ID ?

Why not. Is the purpose to display the picture without showing owner information nor links to albums and such ?

I wouldn't but maybe some people would have use for this …
