Hello? Lots of questions. Hope someone is still around

With Ipernity now shutting it's doors, there are roughly 300,000 people looking for a new home for their photos. I really think this could be the place but it seems there is hardly any admin support.
1. Broken links: I tried clicking on the 23hq blog and...nothing. It's a 404 error. That speaks volumes in itself.
2. Early 2000's feel: Although I like the layout a lot, the security behind it seems a bit dated. I'm worried about theft of intellectual property and I'm worried about just basic computer security - is my CC data okay? For now, I'm really not sure.
3. With the closing of ipernity, would it be possible to create an uploader that would simply transfer all the photos/albums/ect from ipernity to here? Years ago, Ipernity did that for everyone leaving Flickr (2013) and it worked really, really well. I get that you may not have the same staffing but imagine the boost in number of users you'd get if you did create such a script. Even if a quarter of Ipernity comes here, that would be 75,000~80,000 people. Knowing that many Ipernity members are "club" (plus) users there, if even a bit over half of those turned plus users here, that would be nearly a million USD in new revenue.
4. A faster uploader. The bulk uploader is awesome and one of the reasons I decided to come here but it's slow. Very slow. Reminding me of my childhood and uploading photos from my first digital camera slow. I don't expect super fast but I also don't want to have to wait over an hour to upload my 200 photos either.

Current IPernity user here.
I have the same concerns as you : it seems all the 23hq team now only works with videos, at https://www.twentythree.net .
Among others, a whois on 23hq indeed gives a name that is from twentythree.
You may know that an iPernity user invited us to join a discussion group here : search Damir at http://www.ipernity.com/group/2260268/discuss/184814, the group here would be
www.23hq.com/photogroup/26550772/members (I tried to register but apparently there is an acknowledgement delay).
My early experience here is, the interface is anyhow much less friendly than on ipernity, and raw format uploads last forever and then fail...

P. S. and indeed the uploader is pathetic when compared to iPernity. Maybe you should switch the other way round, coming to iPernity ;-)
(at this moment their situation is bad but not dead; they still accept not only free registrations but also paying extensions for 3 months, which seems to be their survival horizon...)
Or else we could propose twentythree to BUY them!
One last point : IPernity had 100000 users by last June*, of which 3000 are real paying ones** -and I think I remember they talked about the objective of doubling them...

Jubileel I find there is absolutely no reaction here. I did contact Tewntythree, with absolutely no reaction there too... So I am turning a bit pessimistic :-/
I tried to see if I could mail you directly here, which doesn't seem possible (contrary to Ipernity ;-)

Yeah, it does seem pretty dead. Let's home that Ipernity manages to salvage itself so we won't have to jump ship.
