Android App Is Coming...

I think it's time to let everybody know that actually I'm coding on an Android app for 23. If you are interested you can find the project page with an animated GIF of the current status on github: https://github.com/isenmann/23viewer
As soon as the app reach early beta status I will release it on the Play Store. Feel free to give me ideas or feature requests. If you have an github account you can post them directly on github, otherwise feel free to write me an email or to post feature request here on the forum, I will try to read and answer them frequently.
I will really try to push 23 to the next level and bring it to Android to have a better and smoother handling of 23 on a smartphone.
Hopefully I will get some feedback from your side...would be great.

It toook some time to get a first alpha release done, but finally it's available. You can find the apk package to install it on your Android device here:
https://github.com/isenmann/23viewer/releases/tag/v0.1
Download the apk and install it, make sure that you can install from untrusted sources. You have to check it in the settings. Please give me some feedback and read the release notes what is working and what isn't working.

Hi, Daniel. I finally got around to downloading the app and giving it a try on my phone. It's off to a great start. It looks really good and is quick.
My contacts feed shows up just fine, but my own photos and albums don't seem to be appearing on the screen. It's just a blank white space. Is this just the way it is right now (being an alpha version), or am I doing something wrong?
How does the search work?

Hi David,
thanks for your feedback. At the moment that's the actual state of the app. Your profile page is empty at the moment, at least you can't see your photos or albums. Your avatar should be visible at the top and the count of your photos.
The search isn't working right now. The tab in the middle is the just-in stream of 23.
You can add a comment or fav a photo at the moment. Nothing more right now. On the release page there is a more detailed description what is working and what not.

Okay, thanks, Daniel, for the reply. So far I like the app very much. And yes, I do see my avatar at the top of the "my photos" section, as well as a count.
