Setting Profile Picture

I been looking since earlier in "setting" menu the profile photo. But still can't find it. I just want to upload profile picture. Any one have an idea how can I upload profile photo?

Go back to your Options and scroll to the bottom where you will see the last section called "Your Portrait" And below that, you will see a place to upload your "Buddy Icon". That is your profile photo.
