Yep! it is! and the drops were somewhat like a bonus, I saw them much later:)

The photo is excellent also without the drops. But how do you get them? Where the drops on the lens surface?

It was just a short interval between two 'attacks' of the storm. When I did the shot, I didn't focussed on the drops, even didn't see them. All my attention was busy with the sunlight, the clouds, the birds...
The drops came from the roof of our old building and it is visible here (especially if you zoom in :)
